Welcome to the website of the Angus Transport Group
We are an organisation based in Angus, Scotland, with the aim of preserving and operating our ever increasing collection of classic road vehicles. The group has been in existence since 1989 and was formed after a number of railway enthusiasts felt the need to preserve another part of Britain's transport heritage. Our special running days linking Montrose High Street/ Montrose Railway Station with the Caledonian Railway at Bridge of Dun, House of Dun and Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre.

Membership
Our group is quite small with a current membership of around 22, with half working on the vehicles. This is a very good ratio for a preservation group where usually their workers to members ratio is around 10%.
Vehicles
Currently the group has on our Montrose site six buses and a further fouteen buses based at our Arbroath premises.
